Odisha Power Transmission Corporation (OPTCL) has floated a ₹1,676.96-crore EPC tender for developing major power transmission infrastructure in Odisha.
The project involves setting up a 765/400/220 kV GIS substation at Khuntuni-BetaKholi, along with a double-circuit transmission line and bay extension at the 400/220/132 kV Mendhasal grid substation. The scope covers erection, testing and commissioning of the transmission facilities.
Bids for the project are due by 16 November 2026.
